Bill Hanka
Bill has nearly 30 years of experience working for the federal government and as a successful lobbyist in Washington, working for 10 years in positions at the White House, the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives before moving to the private sector to represent local government clients at the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz and also at The Ferguson Group, where he was a partner for 12 years. In 2014, Bill started his own firm, Hanka Advisor, where he continues to specialize in the needs of local government clients.
CHARLES H. GERHARDT, III
Charles H. “Chip” Gerhardt, III has made government affairs, economic development, and issue advocacy his life’s work. He’s worked for decades in the public and private sectors, including the local, state, and federal levels of government. In 2007, he used that experience to found Government Strategies Group. At GSG, he works directly with clients, helping them navigate a complicated landscape of policy, administration, and red tape. Chip received his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from the St. Louis University School of Law.
